Marcellus “Crews” Crews is an entrepreneur, community leader, and lifelong advocate for service, innovation, and opportunity. For more than four decades, Maryland has been his home, where he has built a reputation for bringing people together to solve problems, create opportunity, and strengthen communities.

Crews is the founder of CREWSING Technologies, a Maryland-based company that designs and implements smart infrastructure, networking systems, and cloud computing solutions for homes, businesses, schools, and government institutions. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a trusted technology partner known for innovation, efficiency, and what Crews calls “the personal touch.”

Beyond business, Crews has devoted much of his life to service. His community initiatives have helped raise $6.6 million for homeless veterans programs, and his bone marrow donor drives have produced two life-saving donor matches within the African American community. In recognition of his decades of volunteerism and leadership, he received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for Service.

Crews’ leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that government, business, faith communities, and citizens must work together to expand opportunity for everyone. His work in workforce development, entrepreneurship, and community engagement continues to focus on preparing the next generation for meaningful careers and stronger communities.
